We want you to love your Shona Joy pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns on full-priced items within 21 days of delivery. All garments must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags and security ribbons attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.
Download and Attach Label
Print your prepaid shipping label generated by the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized postage drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
